Eric & Company, established in 1986, is a full-service catering company serving the Washington Metropolitan area.  Its senior staff, with more than 30 years experience with major catering in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, is fully versed in professional planning, service and execution of numerous types of catered events.

Who's Who at Eric & Company ...

Eric S. Waltenbaugh is the owner of Eric & Company.  Eric has served in many capacities of the food service industry.  In 1975 he settled in the Washington, DC area and began his 11 year "apprenticeship" in the catering industry.  During those years he increased his experience and knowledge of catering accelerating his position until 1986 when he founded Eric & Company.

Eric's extensive knowledge of catering, Federal Government protocol and service has enabled him to successfully serve in numerous locations.  His experience in the international and private sectors has afforded him the opportunity to serve a wide range of individuals with continued emphasis on providing a more personalized service to his clients.

Artis McNeill is Executive Chef of Eric & Company.  Chef McNeill brings a superior knowledge of food preparation along with years of training and experience serving fine cuisine.  His culinary expertise has enhanced both the quality and variety of the Eric & Company menu offerings.

As Executive Chef to a large international corporation for twenty years, he has served a diverse and challenging clientele.  Chef McNeill's management skills ensure the fine tuned success of the Eric & Company kitchen facility as well as on-site event food production.
